CDE has announced that Chad Greenfield has joined its team as Vice President of Sales for North and Latin America, marking a significant milestone in its continued expansion across the United States, Canada, and LATAM countries.
Chad officially joined the team in March ahead of CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas, where CDE welcomed over 1,000 guests including customers, partners, and industry leaders to its booth over the course of the five day event.
With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across industrial markets including mining, aggregates, oil & gas, chemical processing, and wastewater, Chad brings a deep understanding of the sectors in which CDE continues to accelerate its growth.
With experience working in senior commercial positions at firms such as Syntron Material Handling, Konecranes and Autrol, Chad鈥檚 track record of building high鈥憄erforming commercial teams, driving strategic business development, and delivering customer鈥慶entric solutions positions him as a powerful addition to CDE鈥檚 global leadership team.
Throughout his career, Chad has been recognized for his ability to lead organizational transformation, strengthen customer partnerships, and spearhead innovative market strategies.
