Liberty Tire Recycling released its 2025 Sustainability Report along with its first public Climate Risk & Resilience Report aligned with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). Together, the reports demonstrate how Liberty鈥檚 sustainability efforts are driving circularity, measurable operational progress and supporting聽long-term聽business performance.

In 2025, Liberty鈥檚 sustainability performance was recognized externally, including an聽EcoVadis聽Bronze rating, placing the company in the聽top third of companies assessed, as well as recognition through the聽Recircle Award for Circular Economy Innovation.

Liberty delivered clear, measurable results across its operations. In 2025, improved energy, fuel, and resource management drove a聽6% reduction in聽location-based聽Scope 2 emissions, a聽10% reduction in聽market-based聽emissions, and an聽8% improvement in energy intensity.
The company maintained an 81% utilization rate through beneficial reuse across 219 million tires collected. These results also reflect Liberty鈥檚 continued focus on its workforce and communities. In 2025, the company reported an 11% reduction in Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR) and a 9% relative reduction in employee turnover, alongside more than $216,000 donated to charitable initiatives.
