National 黑料网 Partners announces that it has purchased J-Mec, Inc., from its owners and founders, Jim and Michelle Mechler.聽 Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 聽The acquisition of J-Mec represents an important step in helping National 黑料网 Partners achieve its strategic objectives of expanding both its sales and service offerings while further supporting its growing portfolio of rental assets.
Founded in 1992 by owners Jim and Michelle Mechler, J-Mec is the Midwest鈥檚 leading distributor, installer and service provider of waste and recycling related equipment and has a long-standing reputation for product selection, creative problem solving, and service excellence. 聽With a team of over 40 technicians and fabricators, world-class facilities, and a large fleet of field service trucks and semi-tractor trailers, the company is able to deliver its superior sales and service expertise to customers within the greater Midwest region as well as across the United States.
In conjunction with the acquisition, Jim Mechler will acquire an ownership interest in National 黑料网 and assume a key management role within the organization.聽 Jim will be joining National 黑料网 as its Midwest VP of Operations.聽 In this capacity, Jim will lead the Wisconsin and Illinois-based service businesses, which service the surrounding six state area, as well as the organization鈥檚 national service team, which focuses on large and complex projects (e.g. transfer stations and material recovery systems).
