Sarah聽Blanchard聽has joined Ingram Equipment Company as聽Fleet聽Sales聽Manager, bringing a results-driven background in fleet strategy and customer partnership. In her role, Blanchard partners with municipal and commercial customers to develop fleet solutions that support operational efficiency, long-term planning, and measurable performance outcomes. She is a graduate of the University of South Alabama and joins IEC from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where she advanced through leadership and fleet-focused account roles, including Branch Manager and Account Executive within the Fleet Management Division. During her tenure, she managed complex corporate portfolios, delivering customized fleet programs that integrated financing and lease structures, management tools, and process efficiencies designed to meet defined ROI objectives.

Sanders鈥 transition into a full-time role reflects IEC鈥檚 commitment to developing talent internally and strengthening its market presence through hands-on customer engagement. In his new role, Sanders will support the promotion and demonstration of IEC鈥檚 expanding stock equipment and product lines. His work will focus on increasing equipment visibility, coordinating demonstrations, and supporting sales activity as IEC continues to invest in inventory and broaden its equipment offerings.
